    This industrial switch is built with a robust dual power input system that supports a wide voltage range (12V–54V DC or 24V AC), allowing it to integrate seamlessly into automation networks and enhance overall reliability and uptime. Capable of operating in extreme temperatures from -40 to 85°C, the Benchu Group switch is suited for nearly any demanding environment. It also supports flexible installation via DIN-rail or wall mounting to optimize cabinet space.

     

    Flexible and Scalable Solution

    The switch is equipped with two additional mini-GBIC SFP slots, compatible with dual-speed 1000BASE-SX/LX fiber modules. This allows network administrators to select the optimal SFP transceiver based on both required transmission speed and distance. Supported distances range from 550 meters up to 2 kilometers using multi-mode fiber, and extend from 20 to 120 kilometers with single-mode or WDM fiber. This flexibility makes the switch an ideal fit for enterprise data center and distributed network deployments.

     

    Deployment Simplified to Just Plug and Power

    All RJ45 copper ports on the switch support auto-negotiation at 10/100/1000 Mbps, enabling optimal speed selection over standard Cat 6, Cat 5, or Cat 5e cables. With built-in auto-MDI/MDI-X functionality, each port automatically detects and adapts to the connected Ethernet device, eliminating the need for dedicated straight-through or crossover cables.

    This industrial unmanaged Ethernet switch is designed in compliance with the IEC 61643-21:2000 standard and incorporates combined surge protection for both data and power lines. It provides effective lightning and surge protection for equipment such as surveillance IP cameras and wireless access points, safeguarding connected power and network cables from damage due to transient overvoltage, operational overvoltage, electrostatic discharge, and similar threats. With Ethernet port surge protection rated up to 6KV, the switch reliably guards against lightning strikes and electrical surges, delivering consistent performance even in harsh environmental conditions.

    The IES7610 Series supports redundant ring technology and features strong, rapid self-recovery capability to prevent interruptions and external intrusions. It incorporates advanced Spanning Tree Protocol (802.1s MSTP), and redundant power input system into customer’s industrial automation network to enhance system reliability and uptime in harsh factory environments. In a simple Ring network, the recovery time of data link can be as fast as 20ms.
