Housed in a compact, IP40-protected enclosure suitable for DIN-rail or wall mounting, it enables efficient use of space. The integrated PoE functionality supports easy and economical deployment of powered devices such as access points and surveillance cameras in commercial and public settings. Its wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C ensures suitability for nearly all installation environments.

A Scalable and Flexible Solution

The switch includes an additional mini-GBIC SFP slot that supports dual-speed 1000BASE-SX/LX fiber modules. This allows the administrator to select the appropriate SFP transceiver based on both the required transmission speed and distance. Transmission distances can be extended from 550 meters to 2 kilometers using multi-mode fiber, and up to 120 kilometers with single-mode or WDM fiber. This makes the slot well-suited for deployments in enterprise data centers and distribution networks.
