The IES7310 series Industrial PoE Switch is built with durable components and a rugged housing, designed to deliver reliable performance in electrically noisy and climatically challenging environments such as factory floors or roadside control cabinets. Encased in a compact, IP40-rated enclosure, it supports both DIN-rail and wall mounting to maximize space efficiency in cabinet installations. Thanks to its robust IP40 protection and integrated PoE capability, this switch is also an ideal, cost-effective solution for service providers, campuses, and public areas to deploy PoE devices—including wireless access points, IP cameras, and IP phones—easily and efficiently wherever needed. Capable of operating across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, it can be installed in virtually any location.

Built to Adapt and Expand with Your Needs

This switch includes two additional mini-GBIC SFP slots, compatible with dual-speed 1000BASE-SX/LX fiber modules. This flexibility allows the administrator to select the most suitable SFP transceiver based on both the required transmission speed and distance. Reach can be extended from 550 meters up to 2 kilometers using multi-mode fiber, and from 20 to 120 kilometers with single-mode or WDM fiber. These features make the switch well-suited for enterprise data center and distribution network applications.

Single-Cable Deployment

All RJ45 copper interfaces on this switch support auto-negotiation at 10/100/1000 Mbps for optimal connectivity over standard Category 5e, 5, or 6 cables. Additionally, the built-in auto-MDI/MDI-X feature automatically detects the cable type, allowing connection to any Ethernet device without the need for specific straight-through or crossover cables.

Advanced Electrical Safeguard

This Industrial PoE Switch complies with the IEC 61643-21:2000 standard and provides up to 6kV surge protection on its PoE ports. This design safeguards the switch against damage from lightning strikes and other electrical surges, ensuring reliable operation even in harsh environmental conditions.
