  • To meet the growing demands of Gigabit networks and the Internet of Things (IoT), Benchu Group has introduced its next-generation S7500 switch series—a Web Smart Gigabit Ethernet fiber solution designed for large-scale network deployments in enterprise, telecom, and campus environments. This Layer 2 Web Smart Switch features 24 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet ports and 4 Gigabit Combo uplinks. It also offers a fast, secure, and cost-effective 1/10G network solution tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.

Management Designed for Efficiency and Security

For efficient management, the S7500 switch provides multiple access interfaces including console, web, telnet, and SNMP. Its built-in web interface offers an intuitive, platform-independent tool for setup and configuration. Through support for standard SNMP, the switch can be monitored and managed using any compatible network management software. For command-line administration, access is available via Telnet or the physical console port. The S7500 also ensures secure remote management through SSH, HTTPS, and SNMPv3, which encrypt session data for enhanced security.

    Silent and Reliable by Design

Utilizing advanced chip technology and energy-efficient design, this switch significantly reduces power consumption. Its fanless, noiseless construction, supported by effective thermal management, enables stable and silent operation in diverse environments without compromising performance.

    Dynamic Traffic Shaping

The S7500 series Ethernet switch is equipped with comprehensive QoS features and advanced traffic management, delivering enhanced performance for business-class data, voice, and video applications. Key functions include broadcast/multicast/unicast storm control, per-port bandwidth management, and QoS prioritization with 802.1p/CoS/IP DSCP classification and remarking. This ensures optimal performance for VoIP and video streaming while helping enterprises maximize the use of limited network resources.

    A Future-Proof and Adaptable Platform

The switch features four built-in mini-GBIC SFP slots that support dual-speed 1000BASE-SX/LX fiber optic modules. This allows administrators to flexibly select suitable SFP transceivers based on both required transmission distance and speed. Transmission distance can range from 550 meters to 2 kilometers over multi-mode fiber, and extend to 20/40/60/100/120 kilometers using single-mode or WDM fiber. It is well suited for deployment in enterprise data centers and distributed network environments.

    Intuitive and Secure Management Platform

For efficient management, the Benchu Group S7500 series managed switch supports both Web and SNMP management interfaces. Its built-in Device Management System (DMS) offers intuitive setup, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting—making it well-suited for video surveillance, wireless access, and other applications in SMBs and enterprise networks. The solution is designed to provide operational simplicity, an enhanced user experience, and the lowest total cost of ownership.

    IPv6 Network Solution

The S7500 series supports IPv6/IPv4 dual-stack operation alongside other user-friendly management features, making it an excellent choice for deploying IPv6 networks in IP surveillance, VoIP, and wireless service applications. Importantly, it enables small and medium-sized businesses to transition their network infrastructure to the IPv6 era with no additional investment required.

    Proven and Reliable L2 Functionality

The S7500 series supports advanced switch management features, including dynamic port link aggregation, Q-in-Q VLAN, Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol (MSTP), Layer 2/4 QoS, bandwidth control, and IGMP/MLD snooping. It also enables high-speed trunking by combining multiple ports, supporting up to 9 trunk groups with 2 ports per group, and provides connection failover capability.

    Surge Suppression

This Ethernet switch complies with the IEC61643-21:2000 standard, providing 6KV surge protection on its ports. This safeguards the switch against lightning strikes and electrical surges, ensuring reliable operation even in harsh environmental conditions.
