Its compact, IP40-rated rugged enclosure supports both DIN-rail and wall mounting, making efficient use of cabinet space. Thanks to its durable design and PoE capability, it offers a cost-effective solution for service providers, campuses, and public areas to deploy wireless access points, IP cameras, or IP phones easily and efficiently. With an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C, it can be installed in nearly any location.

    Flexibility and Scalability

    The switch features four built-in mini-GBIC SFP slots that support dual-speed 1000BASE-SX/LX optical modules. This allows administrators to flexibly select SFP transceivers based on both required transmission distance and speed. Transmission range extends from 550 meters over multi-mode fiber up to 2 km, and from 20 to 120 kilometers using single-mode or WDM fiber. These capabilities make the switch well-suited for enterprise data center and distribution network applications.

    All RJ45 copper ports on this switch support 10/100/1000Mbps auto-negotiation for optimal speed detection over Cat 6, Cat 5, or Cat 5e cables. With standard auto-MDI/MDI-X support, the switch automatically detects the connection type to any Ethernet device, eliminating the need for special straight-through or crossover cables.

     

     

     

    Robust Surge Protection
