Its compact, IP40-rated rugged housing supports both DIN-rail and wall mounting, enabling efficient use of cabinet space. Combining PoE capability with durable IP40 protection, this switch offers a cost-effective solution for service providers, campuses, and public areas to easily deploy wireless access points, IP cameras, or IP phones in virtually any location. It operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for nearly any installation environment.

    The switch features four additional mini-GBIC SFP+ slots that support dual-speed 10GBASE-SX/LX SFP fiber modules, providing administrators the flexibility to select transceivers based on both required transmission speed and distance. Supported distances range from 300 meters up to 10 km using multi-mode fiber, and extend from 20 km to 120 km with single-mode or WDM fiber. These capabilities make the switch ideal for deployment in enterprise data centers and distributed network environments.
