The switch is equipped with two additional mini-GBIC SFP slots compatible with dual-speed 1000BASE-SX/LX fiber modules. This gives administrators the flexibility to select SFP transceivers based on both transmission distance and speed requirements. Supported distances range from 550 meters up to 2 kilometers using multi-mode fiber, and extend from 20 to 120 kilometers with single-mode or WDM fiber. These features make the switch ideal for enterprise data center and distribution network applications.

Plug-and-Play Deployment

All RJ45 ports on this switch support 10/100/1000Mbps auto-negotiation for optimal speed detection with standard Cat 5, 5e, or 6 cables. The built-in auto-MDI/MDI-X feature automatically detects and adapts to any connected Ethernet device, eliminating the need for specialized straight-through or crossover cables.

Maximum Protection Against 6KV Surge Events

This industrial unmanaged Ethernet switch complies with the IEC 61643-21:2000 standard and features integrated surge protection for both data and power lines. It provides reliable lightning surge protection for IP surveillance cameras and wireless access points, safeguarding equipment against damage from transient overvoltages, operational overvoltages, and electrostatic discharge. With Ethernet ports offering 6KV surge protection, the switch effectively withstands lightning strikes and electrical surges, ensuring stable operation even in harsh environments.
