    Benchu Group The IES7211-1TE1TF-DC is a compact industrial-grade 10G Ethernet media converter designed to deliver non-blocking, wire-speed performance for extending 10 Gigabit Ethernet in harsh industrial settings. It features one RJ45 copper port supporting 100M/1G/2.5G/10GBASE-T rates and one 10GBASE-X SFP+ fiber slot, housed in a rugged IP40 compact enclosure with a redundant power system. Ideal for copper-to-fiber conversion in climatically challenging environments, it operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40 to 80°C, making it well-suited for applications requiring high bandwidth under demanding conditions.

    Network Expansion with Maximum Flexibility

    The switch includes an additional mini-GBIC SFP+ slot that supports dual-speed 10GBASE-SX/LX fiber optic modules. This allows administrators to flexibly select SFP+ transceivers based on both transmission distance and speed requirements. Supported distances range from 300 meters over multi-mode fiber up to 10/20/40/60/100/120 kilometers using single-mode or WDM fiber. These features make the switch well-suited for enterprise data center and distribution applications.

     

    Simply Plug In, Power On, and You're Done

    The switch's RJ45 copper ports each support 10/100/1000Mbps auto-negotiation, ensuring optimal speed detection when used with standard Cat 5, 5e, or 6 cables. With built-in auto-MDI/MDI-X support, the switch automatically detects the connection type to any Ethernet device, eliminating the need for specific straight-through or crossover cables.

     

     

     

    Engineered to Withstand 6kV Surges

    This industrial-grade 10G Ethernet media converter complies with the IEC 61643-21:2000 standard and features integrated surge protection for both data signals and power supply. It provides reliable lightning and surge protection for IP surveillance cameras, safeguarding power lines and network cables against damage from transient overvoltages, operating overvoltages, and electrostatic discharge. With up to 6 kV surge protection on Ethernet ports, the device effectively shields connected equipment from lightning strikes and electrical surges, ensuring consistent performance even in harsh operating environments.
