    S7500-24G8FC-4TF-L3M

24-Port Layer 3 Managed Routing Switch with 8 Gigabit SFP Combo  and 4-10G SFP+

    Ordering  Information

Diverse Port Options and Scalable Expansion

The S7500-24G8FC-4TF-L3M Managed Switch is equipped with 4*10G SFP+ ports. This series also features multiple Gigabit ports, available in 24 or 48 Base-T and Base-X configurations, making it suitable as an access or aggregation switch in campus networks, or as an access switch within data centers.

Protect network uptime with ERPS-based reliability

The S7500 Series Layer 3 Managed Switch supports not only STP, RSTP, and MSTP, but also enhanced Ethernet reliability technologies like Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS), standardized as ITU-T G.8032. As a next-generation ring network protocol, ERPS builds upon traditional Ethernet MAC and bridging functions. It utilizes mature Ethernet OAM capabilities and a Ring Automatic Protection Switching (R-APS) mechanism to achieve protection switching within milliseconds. ERPS supports diverse services and flexible network topologies, helping customers build networks with reduced operational and capital expenditures.

    Comprehensive QoS and Security Controls

The S7500 Series layer 3 Managed Switch supports strict ARP learning, which prevents ARP spoofing attacks that exhaust ARP entries,The S7500  10GE Static Routing Switch also provides IP source guard to prevent DoS attacks caused by MAC address spoofing, IP address spoofing, and MAC/IP spoofing.

The S7500 Series layer 3 Managed Switch supports DHCP snooping, which generates user binding entries based on users’ access interfaces, MAC addresses, IP addresses, IP address leases, and VLAN IDs. DHCP snooping discards invalid packets that do not match any binding entries, such as ARP spoofing packets and IP spoofing packets. This prevents hackers from using ARP packets to initiate man-in-the-middle attacks on campus networks. The interface connected to a DHCP server can be configured as a trusted interface to protect the system against bogus DHCP server attacks.

A Comprehensive Solution for IPv6 Networking

Featuring an IPv6/IPv4 dual-stack and intuitive management interfaces, the S7500 Series Layer 3 Managed Switch is an ideal solution for deploying IPv6 networks in IP surveillance, VoIP, and wireless service provider environments. It enables SMBs to seamlessly transition their network infrastructure to the IPv6 era with a compelling cost-benefit proposition.

    Built-in Surge Protection

The S7500 Series Layer 3 Managed Switch complies with the IEC61643-21:2000 standard, achieving 6KV surge protection on its PoE ports. This safeguards the switch against lightning strikes and electrical surges, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding environmental conditions.
