Thanks to its rugged IP40 protection and integrated PoE capability, this switch is also well-suited for service providers, campuses, and public areas to deploy PoE devices—including wireless access points, IP cameras, and IP phones—in a simple, efficient, and cost-effective manner. With an operating temperature range of -40 to 75°C, it can be installed in nearly any location.

    Featuring four extra built-in mini-GBIC SFP+ slots, the switch supports dual-speed 10GBASE-SX/LX SFP+ fiber optic modules. Administrators thus gain the flexibility to choose the right SFP transceiver according to both transmission distance and speed requirements. Distance coverage ranges from 300 meters to 2 km for multi-mode fiber, and 20/40/60 km for single-mode fiber or WDM fiber, making it ideal for enterprise data center and distribution applications.
